Everyone opens the same app and sees only their side of it. Parents never see the coach or admin screens.

Parents download Courtmark once, pick your club, and from then on the app opens in your colours with your logo and your name. You change the look yourself, any time, and it updates on every phone.

How it works

From sign-up to your first booking.

    Set up your club

    Add your name, logo and colours, your term dates, and your classes and camps. Prices per session turn into monthly and termly prices for you.

    Connect Stripe

    About five minutes with your bank details and some ID. Payments go from families straight to your club's bank account. Courtmark never holds your money.

  3. 3

    Share your link

    Send families your club link, courtmark.app/c/yourclub, by WhatsApp or email. They download the app, find your club and book.

You only pay when your club gets paid.

of each payment in your first year, then 2.19%.

Taken automatically from each payment, so there's nothing to invoice. Stripe's own card and Direct Debit fees are separate and go to Stripe.

1,000 WhatsApps and texts free every month. After that they're charged at cost, about 2p a WhatsApp. Email and app notifications are always free.

Questions

Common questions.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your club. Each club has its own Stripe account, and payouts go to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. Courtmark's fee is taken automatically as each payment is made, and we never hold your money.

Can families reply to WhatsApps and texts?

No. Messages are one-way, so your phone doesn't fill up with replies. Texts come from your club's name, which can't be replied to, and families contact you through the app instead.

What happens at the end of term?

Termly places roll into the next term on their own. Families get a reminder before the new term, can say if they'd like to stop, and payment is taken with the details they already gave. Places that aren't kept are offered to your waitlist.

We already use another system. Can we switch?

Yes. Families join from your club link in a few taps and set up their payment once. We'll help you plan the switch-over so it lands at a sensible point, such as the start of a term.

Who can see children's details?

Only the families themselves and your club's coaches and admins. Medical notes are shown to coaches on the register and nowhere else. Our privacy policy explains how we look after them.

Is it only for tennis?

Courtmark is built around tennis: ball colours, courts, floodlights and term-time squads. Padel and pickleball clubs that run the same way can use it too.
